Chainsaw | Pull fallen trees to an open space that suits cutting the logs in 18" sections. Some trees are on the ground in the open. Some will need to be dragged the creek bank and moved to a safe location to cut. Someone will be driving around with a trailer so you can get the logs to the log splitting crew near the zipline. Clean up | Evaluate all the equipment, tools, and junk outisde the Block House. Everything goes into 1 of 4 categories. 1) trash (dumpster at Poplar), 2) scrap metal (yellow flatbed trailer beside Block House covered storage), 3) burn (3 active burn piles are going), 4) relocate (look for duct tape to know where it should go). If something falls between the cracks, set it aside and ask one of the CGC staff if they know where it should go. | 1-3 |

Clean up Campus - Section 2 | Our campus is divided into 3 sections for the purposes of this task. Your section starts with Sycamore dorm. Boundaries are the creek, the ridge, and the fence by the zipline tower. Look for anything that is out of place and find it a new home. Everything is either 1) trash (dumpster at Poplar), 2) scrap metal (yellow flatbed trailer beside Block House along the creek bank), 3) burn (3 active burn piles are going), 4) relocate (look for duct tape to know where it should go). | 1-2 |
Clean up Campus - Section 3 | Our campus is divided into 3 sections for the purposes of this task. Your section is the property across the creek trom the main campus. Boundaries are the creek bank to the end or our property toward the zipline tower, Sam Hollow Rd, Garners Creek Rd the ridge, and the fence by the zipline tower. Look for anything that is out of place and find it a new home. Landscaping 1 - Dining Hall | Outside of the emergency doors at the back of the Dining Hall the ground needs 3-4" of gravel to create a path to the Picnic Pavilion. Lay down landscape fabric before the gravel. Plant a few bushes and perennials along path. | 4-6 |

Paint and Powerwash | Picnic tables in picnic pavilion, stain the two new ones. Scrape and restain the others, except for the table that has stenciling on it. Also powerwash concrete at the pavilion. | 2-6 |
Paint and repair bathroom door from Block House garage | This old door was town down from its hinges and is outside the Block House. Replace the bad panels with quarter inch sheet stock. | 1-3 |
Paint Doors at Dining Hall | There are several dark brown doors in the dining hall that need to be screaped, sanded, and repainted. There are also some replacement doors in the dining hall that need to be painted dark brown. The back Emergency Exit has a door that has a rusted hole in the door. Use FRP cut like a very tall kickplate to cover the hole. Paint the FRP dark brown. Do not paint the bi-fold doors where the breaker panels are. | 1-5 |

Paint, Redbud | Paint all of Redbud beginning with the back. The top will be painted the new red color we are using on the dorms. The block walls that make up the basement side of Redbud will go back to the same color. | 1-10 |
photographer | Walk around campus collect pictures of people working. Face shots are the best as opposed to capturing people's backs while they work. So ask for permission and gets lots of happy faces. | 1 |
Relocate Gazebo "Bridge" | The original idea of this covered seating area was to have it span the drainage ditch. What we learned is that is clogs the drainage ditch. Move the gazebo to a flat place (not over any ditch) in the same area. | 4-12 |
Repair Bunk Beds at Cedarwood Sides A & B | Both sides of Cedarwood need the wooden bunks to be reinforced. Originally installed with nails, use screws to pull beds back to the wall. Take time to look for studs for maximum safety. | 2-6 |
Repair Flag Poles | One flag pole at the Tabernacle was bent and has been laid aside. Take two remaing poles from the sleeve they slip over. Cut one pole to the same length as the bent one. Tall pole will be back in the center with ther American flag. The two short poles go on either side. Christian flag goes on the left. State flag on the right. | 2-3 |
Repair handrail at Snack Shack. | Inspect the perimeter hand rail at the snack shack covered eating area. Replace bad wood with new. Rebuild where railing was damaged by the flood. | 2-4 |
Skid Steer/Tractor - Repair Swingset | The swingset behind the Snack Shack was contorted as flood debris beat against it. Using a heavy piece of equipment, massage it around to get it back in square. After that is finished, try to straighten bent legs. | 2-3 |
Skid Steer - RV Park | The ground in the RV park is very uneven due to the flood. Mostly rock. Smooth out the RV park. | 1-2 |
